The purpose of the collection of this information is to expedite your application for a merchant account. The information transmitted to us is identical to the field requirements on the merchant application and will be transcribed onto the original bank agreements and sent to you for signatures and additional documentation. This minimizes the need for our clients to fill out any additional paperwork.  As an alternative, you may phone us and we will send the paperwork to you or we will  walk you through the application process.
